Getting ready for harvest

Getting ready for harvest

The Pinot Noir Précoce is looking lovely and tasting even better! We are
waiting to get the sugars right to pick them and make a delicious wine! The
Bacchus will follow in a week or two if it is like last year. The final variety to
be picked will be the Pinot Noir. We are hoping for more sun to shine its light
on our grapes as we need as much as we can get in these final weeks
towards the end of the cropping year.

I will post more photos as we go through the harvest.
