Harvest, harvest, harvest!

This year, all three varieties each took a day to harvest which is not
something we typically do. We tend to pick in two lots, however, the ripening
of the crop this year, meant that to achieve the best quality, it was essential
to harvest as quickly as possible - meaning significantly longer picking days!
After the harvest, we spent time cleaning out our grape bins and putting them
to be stored along with the other equipment. The vines began to lose leaves
in the last days of October, becoming completely bare in early November.
Pinot Noir being the last to lose its leaves.
